How to reset your clash password
If you've forgotten your clash password, the reset process begins on our login screen. Navigate to the clash login page on your phone or computer, and you'll see a "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Click or tap it, and you'll move into our password-reset flow.
The system asks for the email address tied to your clash account. This is the same email you used when you opened your account and verified your identity via KYC. Type it carefully—if the email doesn't match our records, we can't send you a reset link. Once you enter the correct email, we dispatch a reset link to your inbox.

Password security on clash
Our reset links expire after a set period—typically a few hours. This protects your account from unauthorized access if someone intercepts an old link. If your reset link expires, simply return to the login screen and request a new one.
We never ask for your password via email or support chat. Our team will never request your password, nor will we reset it on your behalf without your explicit consent. If anyone claiming to represent clash asks for your password, it's a scam. Report it to our support team immediately.
What to do if you don't receive the reset email
If you don't see the reset link in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Email providers sometimes filter our messages. If it's not there either, it's possible you entered an email address that doesn't match our records.
Try the password-reset flow again, this time double-checking the email address you type. If you're still stuck, our in-app help or live-chat support team can verify which email is tied to your clash account and resend the link if needed. Response times vary during peak hours, but we aim to help within standard business hours.
Once you've successfully reset your password and logged back into clash, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). This adds a second verification step: after you enter your password, we ask for a code from your phone. Even if someone gets your password, they can't access your account without this second code.
To enable 2FA on clash, navigate to your account settings, find the "Security" section, and follow the prompts. We use industry-standard authenticator apps—you don't need to buy anything. Many users in Jakarta, Bandung, and Medan find 2FA reassuring, especially if they've previously forgotten a password or feared unauthorized access.
Store your recovery codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your authenticator app, these codes let you regain entry to your clash account. Write them down or save them in a password manager you control.
Password reset and account verification
Password resets are separate from account verification (KYC). Even after you reset your password, your account remains verified under your original identity documents. You don't need to re-submit KYC photos or banking details—they stay on file.
However, if you reset your password and then try to withdraw funds, our system may flag your account for a standard verification check. This is a security measure to confirm that the person requesting the withdrawal is actually the account holder. We ask you to provide your registered phone number or a recent document photo. This step protects your funds and prevents fraud.
- Password reset
- Changes your login credentials; does not affect your verified identity or account balance.
- Account verification (KYC)
- Confirms your real-world identity via documents; required before deposits and withdrawals.
- Two-factor authentication
- Optional extra security layer that requires a code from your phone each login.
- Session timeout
- If you're inactive for a period, clash automatically logs you out for security. Log back in with your new password.
Withdrawals after a password reset
After resetting your password, you can immediately log back in and access your account. Your balance, open bets on Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia, live blackjack positions, and payment methods remain unchanged. Withdrawing funds works the same way: initiate a withdrawal to your chosen e-wallet (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) or bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
However, our fraud-prevention system may request identity confirmation if your account shows unusual activity or if you're withdrawing shortly after a password reset. Unusual activity might include a withdrawal from a different IP address or a rapid series of transactions. This is not a failure—it's a security check. We ask you to confirm your phone number or upload a document photo.
These verification requests are subject to review windows. We aim to process them during standard business hours, though weekend or holiday requests—such as during Idul Fitri or Nyepi—may take longer. We communicate expected timelines in the app when you submit your verification.
Contact support if you're still locked out
If you've tried the password-reset flow multiple times and still can't regain access, or if you believe someone has compromised your account, contact our support team immediately. We offer English-language help via in-app chat, email, and account support channels. Explain your situation clearly—whether you're locked out, suspicious of unauthorized access, or unable to receive the reset email.
Our team can verify your identity using information from your KYC documents and either reset your password directly or investigate suspicious account activity. Response times vary based on complexity and support volume, but we prioritize account-access issues. During peak hours (especially around major Liga 1 matches or tournament events), responses may take longer than usual.
